Grab your friends and join us to kick off summer at our annual FAMILY FIELD DAY & FUN RUN at Sewickley Academy!

Grab your friends and join us for some field day fun! It's Sewickley Mom's Club final celebration of the season. 🎉

We'll have games, a food truck, face painting, bounce house, field activities with Coach Dave, "Touch-A-Truck" for the cool kids, and "Touch-A-Van" for the cool moms 😎 thanks to Jim Shorkey Auto Group.

We'll also be facilitating our Fun Run - a short sprint in the grass for your kiddos, so tell them to put on their fastest sneakers! 🏅(Feel free to hold a hand or run with them) Please kindly note your children's ages when you RSVP for your family. There will be different age groups for your children to run/twaddle in the fun run. All racers will line up at 3:30. Find the check-in table beforehand to get your racing bib!

We will be wrapping up donation efforts for our charity, Grow Pittsburgh at this event. Look out for donation signs.

April Mom’s Night Out: Bubble Bouquet-Making Class!

Please join us for a fun evening with Aubrey from Two Little Blooms Garden. She will guide us through various options of locally grown flowers to make a beautiful arrangement that we can take home!

We'll have a large charcuterie board with meats, cheeses, baguette, crackers, roasted nuts, fruits, etc., plus an assortment of bubbly options - with and without alcohol!

It's $45 per person and you can pay via Venmo or Paypal. You can also bring cash the day of, but please let Rachael Grometer know.

Let's gather together under the full moon to move our bodies and find peace & inspiration from within.

Wear comfortable clothes and BYO yoga mat + journal if you'd like.

This will be a gentle, slow yoga flow by candlelight ending in deep supported relaxation. You'll be ready to float home & drift to bed. Beginner/Prenatal/Postpartum friendly.

We're using the space for free this year thanks to the generous support from the studio owner. So class will be free! We do ask that you bring a scent free candle if you have one to help light the room.

Join us for an adventure to the other side of the rainbow as we search for the pot of gold! It's our SAMC St. Patrick's Day Scavenger Hunt and we'd love to have all your lucky lads and lasses frolicking along with us.

• Come anytime between 2 - 4 PM and go at your own pace. The hike takes about 20 minutes from start to finish.

• The scavenger hunt begins just above the War Memorial Playground at the trail head. You'll walk along the path, finding riddles and treasures as you go until you reach the pot of gold at the end.

• At the end of your adventure... we will have a craft to keep little fingers busy, snacks and warm beverages to help you refuel under the pavilion, and a fire going to gather around!

• This event is all outdoors, rain or shine! Please dress appropriately for mud & cold weather.

• No need to bring anything other than your little ones love of adventure.

SAMC has been invited to take a ceramics workshop: Handbuilt Mugs

In this one-day session, you’ll learn the different techniques for hand-building to create and design a mug of your own! Mugs will then be fired and glazed to each student’s preferred finish.

We are excited to bring you a jewelry making class on Friday, February 21st (6-9pm) and Monday, February 24th (6-9pm)! Our very own Georgette Austin will teach us how to make a beautiful hammered cuff trio in sterling Silver! Check the Evite for all the details and sign up for one of these two class options.

Join us to exchange books and enjoy a variety of themed charcuterie boards! What you need to do: -Pick a book and wrap it! ( new or *used*, can be in any category - picture book, young adult, non-fiction, recent, or classic, etc)

-Write a short note on it about why you loved it

-Choose a charcuterie board from the list below or create your own, but let us know in the comments! -Prep your board (doesn't have to be big! Think about filling a dinner plate)

-Come ready to exchange books and sample charcuterie boards!
